A familiar story: a company commissions an internal system, a portal or an app, and after launch discovers that the code sits with the developer, the hosting account is in his name, and every small change means tracking him down. Next Digital is a software development company that builds and runs business systems, B2B portals and apps for companies in Jeddah and the western region. We build what your operations need on mainstream technology, your company keeps ownership of the code and accounts, and we stay on after launch to host, operate and maintain the system under a written SLA. It suits management teams that want a system that keeps working and keeps improving — not a project that ends on delivery day.

When you need this

  • Core processes run on spreadsheets and scattered messages, and the same errors and delays keep coming back
  • You need a portal for customers or suppliers, or an app for your field team
  • Your current system was built by a developer who is no longer around, and nobody knows how to update it or where it is hosted
  • Every release is deployed by hand and tends to break something
  • You don't have full access to your own code, hosting accounts or domain
  • You want one team responsible for both building and running the system, instead of coordinating several

What's included

  • Requirements analysis: we learn how the work actually happens before writing code, and turn it into a written scope.
  • Internal systems and portals: operations systems, dashboards, and customer or supplier portals.
  • Web and mobile apps: when an app is genuinely the best tool for the people using it.
  • Mainstream stacks: well-known frameworks and databases that other developers can pick up, not niche tools that lock you in.
  • Full ownership: repository, hosting accounts and domain in your company's name from day one.
  • Automated delivery: a separate staging environment and an automated deployment pipeline instead of manual uploads.
  • Hosting and operation: monitoring, backups and security updates after launch.
  • Maintenance and ongoing development: fixes and new features, prioritised by you.

How we work

1. Understand

We talk to the people who will actually use the system, document the current workflow and its pain points, and agree what belongs in the first release and what can wait.

2. Scope and agree

We write down scope, milestones and acceptance criteria, put the SLA for development and operation in the agreement, and set up the repository and accounts in your company's name before work begins.

3. Build in stages

Each piece is delivered to staging for you to test and approve. You follow milestones and invoices in the client portal through the project's WhatsApp-bridged group, and releases go out through an automated pipeline rather than by copying files.

4. Launch and operate

Launch is not where our job ends. We host, monitor, back up and update the system, and handle fix and feature requests under the terms of the agreement.

What you receive

  • A working system in production, with a separate staging environment
  • Code in a repository your company owns, with hosting accounts and domain in your name
  • A documented, automated deployment pipeline
  • Technical documentation, a user guide, and a register of every account and access right
  • A written SLA covering operation and support after launch
  • Client portal access: a project group bridged to WhatsApp, with milestone and invoice tracking

FAQ

Do we really own the code, or are we tied to you?

You own the code, the accounts and the documentation. The repository, hosting and cloud accounts and the domain are created in your company's name, and we work in them with access you grant and can revoke. If you later move operations to another team, everything they need is already yours.

Which technologies do you use?

Mainstream, widely supported ones — React on the front end, well-known back-end frameworks and databases, and Flutter or similar for mobile apps where an app is the right fit. The point is that you can easily find other developers for the system later, rather than being locked into something obscure.

Do you host and run the system after launch?

Yes, and it is a core part of the service. We handle hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates and fixes under a written SLA, on accounts registered to your company.

We have a system built by another developer. Can you take it over?

We start by reviewing the code, infrastructure, accounts and whatever documentation exists. Then we tell you what can run as is, what needs fixing, and which accounts or access rights must be recovered from the previous developer before we take responsibility.

How do we follow development?

Each project has a group in our client portal, bridged to WhatsApp, where you track milestones and the invoices tied to them. Every release reaches a staging environment first so you can test and approve it before it goes to your users.
