We help companies in Jeddah and the western region move their systems to the cloud and run them properly afterwards — without stopping the business and without surprises on the invoice. The service is for leadership teams who want to retire ageing servers, need room to grow, or must keep data inside the Kingdom. One accountable team handles the assessment, the migration and the ongoing operation, with a written service level agreement in every contract.

When you need this

  • Your servers are approaching end of life or the end of vendor support
  • Every expansion — a new branch, system or team — means buying hardware and waiting for delivery
  • A power or internet outage at the office takes down systems everyone depends on
  • You already use the cloud, but the monthly bill keeps climbing and nobody can explain why
  • Customers or regulators are asking where your data is hosted
  • Your backups sit in the same building as the servers they protect

Moving to the cloud is not a goal in itself. For some of your systems, the better answer may be refreshed on-premises servers or a hybrid setup. That is why we start with business impact and cost, not with technology. Our article on migrating to the cloud without downtime explains the approach in more detail.

What's included

We cover the whole journey from decision to day-to-day operation, so the provider's responsibility doesn't end on cutover day and leave your team alone with an environment it doesn't know.

  • Readiness assessment: an inventory of systems, applications and their dependencies, and a clear call on what moves, what stays and what gets replaced.
  • Provider and region selection: options compared on data requirements, performance and cost, with in-Kingdom hosting where needed.
  • Cloud environment design: networking, access control and separation of production and test from day one.
  • Phased, zero-disruption migration: systems moved in batches, run in parallel, with a written rollback plan for each phase.
  • Backup and recovery: copies kept in a separate location, and real restore tests — not just a "backup succeeded" email.
  • Cost control: right-sized resources, budget alerts and a monthly review of consumption.
  • Managed cloud operations: 24/7 monitoring, patching, access management and alert response.
  • Documentation and handover: an up-to-date map of the environment and runbooks, so knowledge never sits with one person.

How we work

  1. Assessment: we map your systems, their current cost and their requirements, decide what is actually worth moving, and give you a recommendation with expected costs.
  2. Migration plan: we group systems into phases starting with the lowest risk, and set a cutover window, success criteria and rollback plan for each.
  3. Migration, then managed operation: we execute and verify each phase before the next, then run and monitor the environment under the SLA.
  4. Monthly review: we go through availability, incidents, consumption and cost, and propose what to trim or improve.

What you receive

  • A written SLA covering response times and responsibilities
  • An assessment report with a recommendation and expected costs, before you commit to migrating
  • A written migration plan with phases, cutover windows and rollback plans
  • A monthly report on availability, cost and restore-test results
  • Access to our client portal to follow tasks, tickets and documents
  • A project group in the portal, bridged to WhatsApp, where monitoring and budget alerts land directly

Every change, alert and ticket is logged in the portal, so your management can see what happened, when, and who handled it. The monthly cost report ties consumption back to individual systems, turning decisions to scale up or down into straightforward business calls.

Frequently asked questions

Will our operations stop during the migration?

We migrate in phases, keeping the old system running until the new one has proven itself. The final cutover for each system happens in a window agreed in advance, with a written rollback plan in case anything goes wrong.

Will our data stay inside Saudi Arabia?

Yes, where the nature of your data or your customers require it. We select a provider and hosting region in the Kingdom with you, and document where every system, its data and its backups are located.

Is the cloud cheaper than our current servers?

Not always. We compare the real cost of your current setup with the expected cloud cost before any decision, and we may recommend keeping some systems where they are. After migration we review consumption monthly and cut what isn't needed.

Who runs the cloud environment after migration?

We can: 24/7 monitoring, patching, backups, access management and cost control, under a written SLA. The cloud accounts and the data remain fully yours.

Do we have to move everything at once?

No. We usually start with lower-risk systems to prove the process, then move core systems. A hybrid setup of cloud and on-premises servers is perfectly fine if it suits your business better.
